Our first day of training kicks off on 30th January with Mark Frater. This is ideal for those salespeople new to Real Estate but more importantly for those who have lost momentum and need a kickstart in 2009. This is a 2 part series on the fundamentals of Real Estate taking you through topics such as prospecting, data-basing, effective communication skills with your sellers and buyers. Success Start

I only started in Real Estate Sales 4 months ago and I am already off to a flying start. After spending 4 days with Kendall and completing the Success Start course, I had all the tools and knowledge to kick start my career. Kendall’s extensive knowledge in the Real Estate industry is second to none.

Kendall has really helped my career with her unique marketing idea’s, fantastic scripts and dialogs and of course her on going support.

In the last 3 weeks I have out 4 properties under contract and I am about to pick up my second listing. I am really enjoying my Real Estate career and loving each day I work here.

I recently attended the seminar ‘Howard’s End’ given by enigmatic social analyst and intuitive public speaker David Chalke, which presented Kevin Rudd’s 2007 electoral campaign as a shining example of the power that branding and advertising can hold in today’s changing market.

Welcome to the launch of our Education Blog. The purpose of our Blog is to let you meet the people who have successfully completed courses such as our Rookie programme – Success Start and our three day intense Pro–Track programme designed specifically for principals. Of course we will also cover our Skills Series facilitated by Mark Frater and other experts in their fields.

We would like to start this off by letting you get to know our Success Start graduates from the two programmes already run this year in Queensland. They will be able to share their experiences throughout the course, let you know what they learnt, how they are putting this into practise out in the “real world” and most importantly share their success stories with you.
